This series of photographs shows the demolition of the Dallas Brooks Hall in Victoria Parade, East Melbourne.
Delta Group was tasked to delicately demolish this iconic building that has been a part of Melbourne’s skyline and social scene since 1969.
The building is being removed to make way for luxury apartments for the Mirvac Group.
The building was demolished with numerous specialist heavy equipment brought in specially for this operation.
